AB19946How do I request a quote for language services?

To request a quote, all you need to do is contact us! You can give us a phone call at 770-850-1205, or submit an e-mail request through the contact sheet on our homepage. Whichever option you choose, one of our project managers will attend to your request at once. If you’ve contacted us by e-mail, you can expect a message or phone call soon, with questions about your project. What kind of questions? Well, the more you can tell us about the project, the better. We’ll need to know which languages you’ll need service in, obviously. If you’re working within a budget and/or a tight timeline, we’ll need to know that. Do you need files delivered in a special format? We’ll ask about that, too. For translation projects, we’d like to get as clear an idea as possible of every document service you’ll need (translation, typesetting, transcription, fitting, and so on). In the case of legal translations, we’ll also ask about your notarization requirements, and any special delivery needs. Do you have an on-site interpretation project? We’ll need to know the basics – when, where, how long, which subjects, and which languages.
